The method Pilates is my tool of basic work. I also lean on my real-life experience as professional dancer. In this domain which is the dance, several techniques are at our disposal to prepare a working protocol, and we take advantage of the experience to have felt some of his symptoms and to have had to manage them and compromise in spite of the pains.
In one first one time, it is important to move the body in its entirety because the people who suffer from the back have for reflex not to move by fear of having pain and are sometimes even advised to remain at rest! The immobility is their worst enemy, the body stiffens more and more and the lack of mobility is felt. A protocol of muscular and articular awakening to take back a mobility quite smoothly is proposed.
Secondly, we work on the muscular strengthening of the abdominal and dorsal belt, as well as on the global posture of the person.We know that a bad posturale attitude is at the origin of numerous pains.
Thirdly, we work on specific exercises according to the particular needs.
