Notes
If you are looking for a good recipe for a smoothie, my favorite is packed with antioxidants to help fight free radicals and give you an energy boost anytime of day. I make it daily as a snack and often sneak into it my liquid or powdered supplements. I like to thaw the frozen berries slightly and don’t recommend drinking anything cold first thing in the morning, since it hinders your digestion. Generally to sweeten my smoothies, I prefer to use dates or honey. Oftentimes, the fresh fruit is enough to satisfy a sweet tooth.
