You can customize your practice by combining the different videos,

Install a calm and coordinated breathing with your movements.
Thoracic breathing.
Create space in the joints, swallow the stomach to lenghten your waist.
Engage the center to twist, do not let go of the lower back.
Work with elasticity, do not block movements, exhale deeply.
Follow the instructions carefully.
