You can customize your practice by combining the different videos, according to your needs or wishes.
Control your center and lower back. Inhale and exhale deeply. Keep control of your frame (shoulder and pelvis placement). Articulate the spine.
Repeat these exercises 2 or 3 times or combine with the suite: stretching 1 and 3.
Follow the directions carefully.
We advise you to watch the video one time before starting your practice. You can repeat this video several times if you feel the need.
